Interior Design
We worked with the new owners of Nirulas to redefine the interiors and present a young, approachable and vibrant format that would bring some of the old customers back while welcoming new ones. We created guidelines for multiple locations as the brand now moved towards focusing on smaller outlets that will only serve Ice cream. The Pilot for this new concept was created In Connaught Place, New Delhi and then adapted to the fresh batch of new stores.

"Cafe Delhi Heights" is known for its casual charm, great food and rustic interiors. The concept revolves around finding an aesthetic that has bits of cosmopolitan Delhi along with an unique DIY character. A collection of eclectic seating options along with interesting memorabilia enhance the ambiance. The layout offers great views of the open kitchen. Zeppelin has till date designed 22 restaurants across the country. Cafe Delhi heights continues to be one of the most popular cafes in India.
