Maruti Suzuki Commercial
Maruti Suzuki is India's biggest passenger car manufacturer. When the company decided to enter the last mile transport segment, it commissioned a brand and retail design exercise that would differentiate this particular segment from the other three retail channels that the company operates. Zeppelin along with Dentsu Aegis commenced the project with a 6 week in dept design research to understand the segment and derive critical insights that would eventually lead us to create a design language optimal for the brand. The project also involved the design of the new commercial brand, the mnemonic and subsequently the retail design to facilitate a rapid pan-national retail roll out.
