Sleepwell is the leading brand of mattresses in the country. In order to retain their leadership position the company was introducing a new range of tech (iot) based products. Zeppelin collaborated with "future retail" for design research across continents to understand this segment and study global best practices. The research culminated in a report that became the guiding principal for the design insight document. The final retail design kept in mind the ground realities of mattress retail in the Indian context while showcasing the now premium product ranges in an inspirational space. The design upgraded the customer experience and has been successfully adapted by zeppelin for the subsequent stores.
